You may want to get pre-qualified, like for a new house, so you know the amount you are qualified for, including what is covered (ie shipping, delivery, soft costs) and any upfront cost that may be required by you in forms of advance rentals and security deposits. You can also neagotiate the term that will best suit your budgets. Term, advance rents and payment are determined by:a) the total asset cost financed b) the credit history/risk of the borrower c) the useful life of the asset d) time in business of the borrower.
